The System

Many years had been passed. Something started happening then.

Rains started pouring over when the clouds were absent from the sky.

Daylight flooded over when there was no sign of the sun.

Nights became very busy and day came with silence and sleep.

The roads felt like rivers. The rivers like sky. The sky became mud.

The men started giving birth. The women became less fondly of their children. All the divisions were gone.  Men forgot to shout for the sake of being men. Women forgot to be eager to be too nice.

Words were loosing meaning. Love turned into hate and hate indifference.  People started to say “I hate you” with trembling lips and soft tone. Of course they meant “I love you.”

The panic overflowed the cities, villages, areas, locals.   There used to be a system. Glue. It dried away.   Someone should restore it.  People were searching for the careless in charge.  Or was it deliberate? The second thought was scarier. To whom would they complain? They knew no one of.

Scientists became poets. Poets became ordinary people, even illiterate.

The people realized at least felt that they were abandoned. They were treated like ants.  Plenty of ants. Numbers didn’t matter.  Numbers became zeroes.

It was at that time people nodded in agreement to work upon the un–system. They  couldn’t help the system. So they declared there would be no longer the system required.

There would be no division.  Poets would be honored like scientists.  Scientists would be talked of, memorized like poets.  Men would not be unmanly for crying in public.  Women would not be unwomanly for being rude.

There would not be much emphasis given on language. Feelings would be treated as words. People understood each other very better now. There was no more any hiding then, misunderstanding got placed in the ancient era. The un-system, like magic it worked.
